We hope you love your order, but if you need to return it, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

Original tags and packaging must be included.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Gift cards

Sale/clearance items

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, swimwear, underwear, earrings) for hygiene reasons

Custom or personalised items

Email us at support@seandrafit.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

If accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.

You may use your own courier, but we recommend a tracked service for your protection.

If we provide a prepaid label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We accept returns from outside the UK, but international customers cover return shipping, duties, and taxes unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
